It has simultaneously completed over 100,000 kilometers of vehicle reliability verification, achieving the industry's first dual breakthrough of "complete engine environmental certification + vehicle reliability verification."

Core Technology Breakthroughs

The CA6HV3 hydrogen internal combustion engine has broken through multiple core technical barriers, including long-life autonomous fuel supply systems and low-cost high-efficiency SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) aftertreatment. Its nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions are only 5% of the China VI emission standard limit, and are projected to be just 14% of the upcoming China VII limit, truly achieving the dual environmental goals of "zero carbon emissions" and "near-zero pollutant emissions."

Market-Oriented Commercialization

This product is deeply aligned with market-oriented deployment needs. The complete engine is fully interchangeable with conventional powertrains, and the vehicle's thermal management architecture requires no modification for adaptation, significantly shortening the vehicle adaptation cycle and reducing modification costs, paving the way for the rapid commercialization of hydrogen internal combustion engines.

Rigorous Real-World Scenario Verification

Currently, the Jiefang "Xingyi" J6V 49-ton tractor equipped with the CA6HV3 hydrogen internal combustion engine has completed 100,000 kilometers of scenario verification, covering real-world operating conditions including trunk logistics, heavy-load climbing, high-temperature and extreme-cold environments, and frequent start-stop operations. The "hydrogen internal combustion engine + high-efficiency SCR aftertreatment" technical route has fully demonstrated exceptional condition adaptability, with emissions remaining stably compliant throughout the vehicle's entire operating cycle.
